Order Fulfillment Process
After your payment has been accepted you will receive an order confirmation email. This begins the Processing Period; processing takes 3-5 business days. Note that this does NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS. Processing extends 2-5 business days during sales. If the product you ordered is not in stock, please allow 3 extra business days for delivery. If for any reason, there is a delay we will contact you immediately. After the processing period is complete your shipping label will be created. You will then receive an order fulfillment email which includes your tracking number. Your package will be shipped via USPS priority mail which you should allow 4-7 business days and 6-10 business days for international orders.
This is the time when we receive the product from our trusted supplier and complete a quality control check. This process allows us to make sure that all products meet our standards before they arrive to the customer. We strive to make sure that you receive the best quality in our products. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email including your tracking number. Please check your spam folder and wait at least 3 business days before contacting us inquiring on your tracking number also allow 24-48 hours before tracking your package once your tracking number is received.
We accept payments in the form of PayPal ONLY. We do not accept checks of any kind nor do we offer any payment plans.
Shipping and Handling
Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your package, if the product is not in stock please allow two extra business days for your package to be delivered. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you immediately. We are not responsible for late shipment due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time, if your package is delayed, we will not offer reimbursement of shipping charges.
6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for, it is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you can pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address/Failed Deliveries/Refused Shipments
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order, make sure all information is included that is needed to deliver your package. Your package will ship via USPS to the address that you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information as possible. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If a shipment is returned to us due to an inaccurate address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, what is the nature of the product? HAIR EXTENSIONS and MINK LASHES, they CANNOT be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be granted. Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong items, (MEANING ITEMS NOT MATCHING THE ORDER THAT YOU SUBMITTED).

Processing and Shipping
Ready to Ship Wigs have Same day Processing & Shipping when orders are placed before 4PM EST. Orders placed after will be shipped the following business day. Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)
Made to Order Wigs can take up to 7 days to process. During this time, I am receiving the hair from my supplier and constructing the wig. When the unit is complete, the hair is shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping (US Orders)
You Provide the Hair Wig orders take up to 5 days to complete and will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)
Due to the nature of this business, there will be no refunds on Ready to Ship Wigs, Made to Order Wigs or Wig Construction Services.
Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking, but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
**Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.
**Orders over $200 will require a signature at the time of delivery.
**Orders are eligible for cancellation if notified before the order is processed. If orders are cancelled after the order has been processed there will be a $10 fee.
**A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped please allow 24-48 hours before tracking the package.
